Clear Essence® products are specifically formulated for people of color to address dark complexion skin care concerns such as oiliness, dry skin, dark spots, hyper pigmentation, blemishes, and age spots etc. The complete Clear Essence® skin care treatment line consists of soaps, cleansers, and moisturizers.

Our requirements to become a distributor are very much simplified; basically you are expected to have:

1/ Good knowledge of the cosmetics business in your territory
2/ Storage and distribution infrastructure in place
3/ Country Importation know-how
4/ Funds to purchase and ship the products.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

(INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS)

MINIMUM ORDERS:

·      $25,000.00 (Twenty Five Thousand Dollars) and four (4) Different Products (orders must be in full cases) – For Exclusive Distributorship - There is a minimum yearly order requirement based on market size. 

·        All orders must be prepaid before shipment

Payable to:  Bluefield Associates, Inc. via irrevocable letter of    credit , Bank Draft, or  wire transfer.

·       All freight charges to the account of the purchaser. Orders are F.O.B Ontario, California.

·        All changes are to be made in writing via fax or letter within 5 days after receipt of quote 

DELIVERY LEAD TIME:       30 – 45 DAYS 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

·        All returns and exchanges should me made within 90 days after date of purchase

·        Refunds processed upon return of merchandise

·        25% restocking fee for all returned goods

PRODUCTS WITH EXPIRATION DATE PURCHASED 6 MONTHS BEFORE EXPIRATION DATE, BUT NOT REFUNDED WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCTS CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
