It now includes a shaving system that is specifically meant to treat the skin of men of color. Men have approximately 15% oilier skin and significantly larger pores than women do. It keeps pores clear, skin healthy and you look good. The men's' line comprises of the Clear Essence® Cleansing Bar for Men and a shaving system, which includes a shave gel and after-shave.

The Cleansing Bar for Men is formulated to deep cleanse the skin removing dirt and oil. It contains oatmeal, which have soothing, anti-inflammatory properties. Oats are also highly absorptive, hypoallergenic, and help to soften skin. They have the best amino acid balance of all the cereal grains (amino acids work as water-binding agents in skin care products). Oats have also been clinically shown to help heal dry, itchy skin.

The Clear Essence® shaving system consists of two products, the Blemish-Wash & Bump Control Shave Gel and the After-Shave Bump Control Intensive Treatment. Razor bumps are really a skin condition called "Pseudofolliculitis Barbae" (PFB). Whether you get razor bumps depend on the type of hair you have - straight, wavy, or curly. Straight and wavy hair don't normally curl back to the skin, therefore, these types of hair can be shaved with a razor.
