& CONDITIONS
Our
requirements to become a distributor are simplified into the following categories:
- Good
knowledge of the cosmetics business/industry in your territory.
- Storage
and distribution infrastructure in place.
- Country
Importation know-how.
- Funds to purchase
and ship the products.
MINIMUM
ORDERS:
- $100,000.00
(One Hundred Thousand Dollars)* and four (4) Different Products (orders
must be in full cases) – For Exclusive Distributorship - There is
a minimum yearly order requirement based on market size.*
- All orders
must be prepaid before shipment
- Payable to:
Bluefield Associates, Inc. via irrevocable letter of credit , Bank Draft,
or wire transfer.
- All freight
charges to the account of the purchaser. Orders are F.O.B Ontario, California.
- All changes
are to be made in writing via fax or letter within 5 days after receipt
of quote
- DELIVERY LEAD
TIME: 45–60 DAYS
*effective
August 1, 2007
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
- All returns
and exchanges should be made within 90 days after date of purchase
- Refunds processed
upon return of merchandise
- 25% restocking
fee for all returned goods
PRODUCTS WITH EXPIRATION DATE PURCHASED 6 MONTHS BEFORE EXPIRATION
DATE, BUT NOT REFUNDED WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCTS CAN NOT
BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
